Captar Go does not have direct access to any of the information or video users store or share within the application. Information is stored encrypted and user passwords are necessary to retrieve said information.
Captar Go only requests the necessary information for the proper functioning of the App. Information is deleted when the user deletes it or when a user account is deleted. Contact information and invoices might be kept longer if required by law.
Underage players do not log directly into the application. It is their Guardians that are users of the app and manage all actions and communications relating to them.
The Captar Go application allows sharing of video and information among the members of a team or organisation. The correct use of the application is the responsibility of the users, but Captar Go provides certain features as described above to help manage a safe environment for all.
Captar Go provides a process to request and manage authorisation to record, share, and use video. The authorisation process also reminds all individuals involved of the scope of those permissions.
Users have full control over the information they provide to the application and how is it shared.
The information, video, and contact data of members of a team is never shared outside the scope of the team.
Captar Go provides means of communication between members of a team while allowing the real contact data to remain confidential if so desired. Emails, full name, phone numbers and any other information is only shared with other users if a member explicitly allows it.
For control and safety purposes the Coach will always have access to the real email and full name of the members of their teams.
All communications with underage players are through their Guardians, as the underage players are not users of the application.
